From Patrice: This family was planning a hospital birth up until 38.3 wks.  The hospital and doctor began to question their birth plan (agreed to early in the pregnancy) and instilled  doubt that it would be followed.  So~ this couple sought out good midwifery care and had a lovely waterbirth.
